This is a commission free service?

Yes!  This is a flat-rate FSBO (for sale by owner) product designed to equip an owner with the tools to sell a business on their own.

Who is this for?

Owners of businesses with up to $10M in annual revenue.  Oftentimes owners already have a potential buyer or two, but aren't sure how to proceed, or they want to maintain strict confidentiality and control of the sale, or reduce the fees involved.

Is lead generation included in the price or only the set up?

There is an option to manage the lead generation on a monthly basis, but only the initial set up is included.  Ongoing monthly fees are paid directly to the vendor(s) you choose, and based on the level of service you select.

How long does it take?

Once we have all the required components for the ExitMaker, we'll have everything ready to review in 10 business days.  At that time we'll determine what, if any, revisions are required before going live at a time of your choosing.

What items are required to get started?

A detailed list will provided after purchase, but generally will include:
